Catalyst Health & Wellbeing offer two main types of outdoor fitness classes: Bootcamp, a full-body workout, and Boxing. These sessions are suitable for people of a good level of fitness. We are also happy to customise classes for private groups.

Bootcamp

Bootcamp is a high intensity outdoor fitness program that offers a total body workout. By incorporating elements of strength and conditioning training, boxing, circuit training and cardio based activities, Bootcamp will help improve your muscle tone, weight management and overall wellbeing.

Why should I do Bootcamp?

You are surrounded by others with similar fitness goals and a trainer who encourages and pushes you, and who calls out praises, not put-downs.

Enjoy the great outdoors whilst exercising in a group environment. Suitable for most fitness levels, you too can experience the rewards of healthy living.

Maximum of 12 recruits per camp and are held rain or shine.

When are classes, and how much is it?

6 week camps commence 19th January 2009. 12 sessions cost only $190.

Boxing

Boxing, sometimes known as ‘the sweet science’ is a great way to improve balance, coordination, reflexes, agility, and not to mention, your fitness. Each session is packed with ‘old school’ boxing training as well as conditioning drills and exercises. Whether you’re looking to gain a valuable skill or just looking to de-stress, boxing will offer you a great high intensity workout.
